Started in Jan 2013. Seen lots of counselors come and go, which can hinder progress for some individuals. Currently, fully staffed which is awesome but I can't say confidently that they will last or if they're going to make a difference.

Since they switched over all the nurses. I really enjoy sara she's sweety and doesn't hold money over your dose which sometimes people need a little understanding and she had been that at least.

To begin with I have been happy with MARS San Antonio and it changed my life and my girlfriends for good since We started here over a year ago. In the past a previous comment stated it was the bizzar-esqe location of the north Austin mars. The staff may have been less helpful then but due to quick changes it led to an overall professional and quality service. I had 3 different and new counsellors during the changes being made to this MARS and each counselor was considerate and helpful towards my recovery. Now that a permanent staff is in place and the nessesary changes were made this clinic has proven to be a great choice for me and my loved ones. The new counsellors are happy enegaged people who make taking these steps a lot easier and encouraging.

The price is fair the counselors are very nice and I enjoy this clinic and prefer it to the other clinics I've tried over the years

Carla the nurse is so sweet. I couldn't imagine having her job and having so much patience and care for each individual. I have seen her get cursed at, threatened, cut down, yelled at, called names, lied to, and so many other horrible things on a daily basis and she handles it with such grace. Never once letting it effect her work or how she treats other other patients. I would give 5 stars, but it is unorganized and in the 1.5 years I went there, I had 4 counselors. It's very difficult when you work to build trust and a relationship with someone and pour out your secrets and deepest feelings, just to have to do it again with someone new in 2weeks.
